Our client was looking to buy for owner occupier property that was also versatile ie. had value-add potential.

PROPERTY STORY:
When we looked at this property, we were immediately interested. This property has been renovated and was owner-occupied. It had ducted air-con, freshly painted walls and was presented very well. What's interesting also, since the day the owner first bought it, it seemed a lot of work has been put into the property.

Many people came to its home open. Not a surprise, this property was presented very well. And in this market, it was the norm to have multiple offers and competitions on the table.
