Our investor is a repeat client of ours. His goal is to add more into his portfolio with buy-hold strategy. This is his 2nd purchase with us.

 

PROPERTY STORY:
When we spotted this 4x2 680sqm+ that was already tenanted with long term tenant at $380/week, we were immediately interested. While property itself is old, but it is still in great condition. There were multiple offers on the table (ain't it always these days?), luckily we went in early and got entertained first by the Seller.

Our Buyer ended up getting the property. What's interesting is, 4x2 in the area has sold for at least $320,000. Our investor can just hold onto this property for a long time with great rental income, and knowing he bought it below market price is simply an icing on the cake. Suburb vacancy rate is currently sitting at 0.6%.
